Hemp and Cheese Biscuits
Course: Snack
  • 1/2 C Hemp Flour
  • 1/2 C Cornmeal
  • 1/2 C Rice Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 75 g Softened Butter
  • 1 C Grated Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  1. Put dry ingredients into a bowl. Rub in butter until the texture of fine breadcrumbs. Stir in Cheese. Lightly beat egg with a fork then add to bowl. Stir until mixture turns to firm dough. Use gluten free flour on a board and roll/pat dough out gently. Till 5mm thick. Cut into fingers. Place onto a greased oven tray. Bake at 180’c for 10mins or until lightly browned. Transfer to a rack to cool. Store in an airtight container.
