Gluten Free Pumpkin Seed Bread

An easy bread-maker recipe for anyone to try

  • 3 cups gluten free flour mix
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seed Flour
  • 1.5-2 cups warm water
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 tsp sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp active yeast (granules)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  1. Place all ingredients in bread maker in the order manufacture specifies, I personally always put water in first then sugar, salt and oil, add flours and lastly yeast. Pumpkin seeds can be added now or at the beep. Then set as per bread maker instructions for a medium crust, normal loaf. Feel free to change around ratios as Linda has created this loaf herself and has made many slightly different variations, all of them delicious!
