These NZ Grown Pumpkin Seeds are delicious as a snack, used in baking, added to your muesli or as a topping. Pumpkin seeds are highly nutritious being high in protein and a great source of magnesium they also have a very good concentrate of other minerals such as iron and zinc.

Sorry everyone, but we are out of pumpkin seeds until our next harvest in April. We do however have some 2nds which just need a bit of sorting through, there is some pumpkin chip among the seeds.
